So the assistant on this site does not claim to book. It collects the name, the number and roughly when suits them, and hands that to the front desk to confirm in the system they already use.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. An assistant that confirms a time it cannot actually hold is worse than no assistant at all.

Someone rear-ended on the way home does not ring a clinic at 2pm on a Tuesday. They look at 10pm, and whoever answers gets the patient.
The assistant knows the clinic's services, hours and what to expect from a first visit. It never invents a price, an insurance answer or a clinical claim. Anything it does not know goes to the office.
Pages for the injury, not the treatment
Patients do not search for the name of the technique. They search for what happened to them and what hurts.
The site has pages for auto accident injuries, whiplash, and the personal injury documentation lawyers ask for, written in the words a patient would use rather than the words a practitioner would.
