Glass Masters

Glass Masters has been cutting and fitting glass in the Wood River Valley for over 36 years. Showers, windows, skylights, mirrors, tabletops, stair rails. They are an authorised Kolbe distributor and their crew grew up in the valley. None of that was reaching anyone searching for a glass repair in Ketchum or Hailey.

What the crawl found

The site looked like a working business. Measured properly, with the navigation and footer that repeat on every page taken out, there was very little on any individual page for a search engine to rank.

That is the ordinary case rather than the exception. A site can look complete and still give Google almost nothing, because most of what is on screen is the same block of chrome repeated on every URL.

The estimator, and why it is photo-first

Most of their phone time went to the same question: what will this cost. Answering it properly needs to know the glass type, the frame, how the piece is set and what condition it is in.

So the estimator asks for a photo alongside the measurements. A picture shows the shop the frame and the hardware in a way that dimensions alone never do, and it turns a callback into a range while the customer is still on the page.

The range comes from pricing the shop approved. The assistant never invents a number, and where a job falls outside what the estimator covers, it says so plainly and points at the phone.

Content written from real searches

Rather than a services page listing everything, the build has a page for each real job someone searches for, in the language they search for it in. Shower glass, window and door glass, screen repair, tabletops.

Each one is written to be genuinely useful on its own, because a page that exists only to hold a keyword is a page Google has learned to ignore.

What was built
  • Custom site in their brand, mobile-first
  • Instant quote estimator with photo upload
  • AI assistant trained only on facts they confirmed
  • Structured data so Google and ChatGPT can read what they do
  • A page per service, written around real search terms
  • Lead notifications by email the moment a quote request lands
