Web design in Boise

I build websites for businesses in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle and Caldwell. Chiropractors, contractors, salons, shops. The kind of business where most customers arrive from a search on a phone.

The work is not really design. Most local sites already look acceptable. What they are missing is anything for a search engine to rank, and anything answering enquiries when nobody is free to.

The problem with most Treasure Valley business sites

They look finished. Someone built them, they have a logo and photos and a contact form, and by any reasonable glance they are done.

Then you measure them. Take away the navigation and footer that repeat on every page, because that is what a search engine discounts, and most local sites have under 4,000 words left across the entire domain. Individual pages often have fewer than fifty words of their own.

There is nothing there to match a search against. The business is invisible not because the site is ugly, but because it is empty.

What gets a Boise business found

Roughly in order of how much difference it makes.

  • A complete Google Business Profile. For local searches the map pack sits above everything else, and it is free.
  • Reviews, consistently, from real customers.
  • A real page for each service you offer, written in the words customers use.
  • Structured data, so Google and AI assistants know what you do and where.
  • Consistent name, address and phone across the directories people and search engines check.

How I work

Before anything is quoted or paid, I crawl every page of your current site and send you what it actually measures. What Google credits each page for, what is broken, and where you are invisible.

If a rebuild makes sense, I build a live demo for your business before you pay anything. You look at the real thing rather than a mockup, and if it is not better than what you have, you do not take it.

Everything after that is one monthly price covering the site, the hosting, the upkeep and however much writing and automation you want on top.

Working with one person rather than an agency

Every site is built by me. There is no account manager, no ticket queue, and nobody learning your business from a brief.

That is a genuine trade-off worth naming: a one-person shop has less capacity than an agency. What it has instead is that the person who built your site is the person who answers when you text about it.

Most clients are in the Treasure Valley, but the work is not location-limited. Current clients include a glass company in Ketchum and businesses in California.
